1. Product Authenticity & Variations

• Authenticity: All gold and silver jewelry is hallmarked and made from genuine precious metals.
• Handcrafted Jewelry: Many of our pieces are handmade. Slight irregularities in design, weight, or finish are signs of authenticity, not defects.
• Color Accuracy: Due to digital photography and screen settings, actual product color may vary slightly from images displayed.

2. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.
• Delivery timelines depend on courier partners and location (usually 5–7 business days).
• We are not responsible for delays due to external factors like weather, strikes, or courier issues.

3. Return & Exchange Policy

Returns are accepted only for:

• Manufacturing defects or wrong items delivered.

Conditions:

• Timeline: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and with original tags, certificates, and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable: Custom-made, engraved, or personalized jewelry cannot be returned.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST.
• Gold prices are subject to market fluctuations. The price at the time of order confirmation is final.
• We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets through secure payment gateways.

5. Intellectual Property

All content including logos, designs, and images are the property of Sashti Jewellers and cannot be used without permission.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of courts in Namakkal District, Tamil Nadu.
